Inside Sales Representative - Team

Inside Sales Representative to drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, competitive conversions, and closing new customer opportunities. This role is focused on acquiring new business.

The ideal candidate is a true sales hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, lead follow-up, and market research.
• Identify and pursue competitive conversion opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Develop proposals, quotes, agreements, and other sales documentation necessary to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or new business acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Strong cold-calling skills and a hunter mentality with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to move prospects through the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed business.
