We are seeking a Software Developer who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll focus on web application development using .NET (C#) and React, while also having the exciting opportunity to grow your career in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) consulting.

• Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using C#/.NET Framework and React.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications (bug fixes, performance optimization, feature upgrades).
• Develop and integrate APIs and web services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese.
• In the future, contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects.

• 5+ years of software development experience (including Java).
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Database experience with MS SQL.
• Familiarity with Power Shell or other scripting languages.
• Experience using Git or Azure Dev Ops for source control.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (business level).

• Interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with unit testing and Azure REST API.
• Knowledge of Postman for API testing.
• Understanding of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory).
• Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath).

• Software Developer – Develop web applications and learn ERP concepts.
• ERP Implementation Specialist – Contribute to Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• ERP Consultant / Solution Architect – Lead and manage enterprise ERP solutions.

• Exposure to both modern web development and enterprise ERP systems.
