• Design, develop, and test web applications
• Maintain and enhance existing systems
• Backend development using C# / .NET / MVC
• Frontend development using React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Develop and integrate APIs and web services
• Create technical documentation in English and Japanese
• Participate in ERP implementation projects in the future

• Business‑level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of software development experience (including Java)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
• Experience with React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• MS SQL and scripting languages like Power Shell
• Familiarity with Git / Azure Dev Ops

• Interest in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with unit testing
• Knowledge of Azure REST API
• Experience using Postman
• Basic understanding of business processes (Finance/Sales/Inventory)
• Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate / UiPath)
