Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with expertise in Native iOS development to lead and drive innovative mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality native iOS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance technical skills and development best practices.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in iOS development.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and code quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable native iOS applications.
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.
- Extensive experience in Native iOS development.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, code quality, and development best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
