Health Fitness is looking for a Personal Trainer/Assisted Stretch Coach to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Torrance, California (CA). In this role, you will guide clients through customized 30 and 60-minute one-on-one stretch sessions and educate clients on the benefits of improved mobility, flexibility, and recovery. This is an on-call/substitute position working on an as needed basis.

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

• Personal Training certification from a Health Fitness approved provider, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach Certification, Completion of Flexologist Training Program, Movement Stretch Therapy Training Program or equivalent accredited certification.
• Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
