Are you ready to be a key player in a fast-paced, global freight operation? Staffmark is looking for a Customer Freight Service Coordinator to help keep shipments moving efficiently, ensure compliance, and deliver top‑notch service to customers and partners.
Pay: $20/hr
Shifts: Must be available for 1st and 2nd shifts
What You’ll Do- Coordinate and track shipments across the office, warehouse, and transportation teams
- Support air and ocean freight operations while checking in drivers and ensuring TSA and customs compliance
- Manage customs entry submissions and maintain accurate records through data entry and filing
- Provide proactive updates to customers and partners to keep freight moving smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow
- 1+ years of experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs and TSA compliance
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality and efficiency
