Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time9:00 – 17:00 （1 hour lunch break) 35 hrs/week
Leading International Freight Forwarder seeking an Import Export Air & Ocean Coordinator responsible for monitoring port to port international cargo at their brand new facility.

Job Duties for Air & Ocean Export Import Coordinator:- Communicate with customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import and export shipment
- Record and monitor shipping details on company system
- Act as a liaison by providing assistance to sales representatives and customers
- Generating shipping documentations such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills, other export / import documentations & commercial invoices
- 1 - 3 years of exporting experience
- Capable of using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus but not required
- Any other Asian language is a plus
