• Seeking a General PM&R physician to join this dedicated team.
• Predominantly outpatient position
• Located in the foothills of the Berkshires in the beautiful Northwest Region of Connecticut, this position is primarily ambulatory.
• The successful applicant must be eligible for a Connecticut Medical License and board certified/eligible in PM&R.
