Hartford Health Care is seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist with an interest in General ENT to join their growing team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, a 122-bed general acute care community hospital located in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The successful provider will join a well-established practice alongside two full-time providers and an audiologist, offering comprehensive care in a supportive, physician-led organization. Providers enjoy reasonable call structures, abundant teaching and research opportunities, and access to intensive leadership training through the Hartford Health Care Physician Leadership Institute.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and diagnostic assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform surgical procedures as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Provide follow-up care to patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Participate in medical education by mentoring residents and medical students in clinical practice.
- Engage in research initiatives to advance the field of otolaryngology and improve patient outcomes.
