Geriatrician

Join Hartford Health Care's innovative and supportive multi-disciplinary geriatrics team in Northwestern Connecticut. You will be part of a well-established state-wide geriatric service providing primarily outpatient care, with opportunities for inpatient and palliative care. This flexible role allows you to make a meaningful impact on patients in a charming and scenic setting.

Practice Info

• Located in Torrington, CT
• Approx. 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services
• Joining an established team of 20+ Geriatric providers
• System offers robust senior resources, Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
• Efficient operations with an engaged support team
• Professional development in leadership, research and/or academic teaching

Compensation

• Comp range: $240,000+ and incentives
• Salaried position
• Uncapped incentive bonus

• Approx. 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services
• Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrics
• Dual certified in palliative care is a plus
