Are you a problem-solving, results-driven engineer with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in our Product Development Process
, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining cost control.

• Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and management to optimize manufacturability
• Establish, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and Bills of Operation in ERP (Epicor)
• Ensure data accuracy and support production floor activities
• Participate in daily engineering and project team meetings
• Work hands-on with CAD software (Solid Works preferred) to enhance designs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of CAD software (Solid Works preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
