We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a PRN (as needed) employee. The successful candidate will provide skilled physical therapy services to our patients, emphasizing a patient-centered approach to care. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to: exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic techniques
• Conduct patient assessments, set goals, and track progress towards achieving those goals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT)
• Possess a valid physical therapy license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum 0 years of experience in physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
