• Age 18 or older
• Your own car, a valid driver license, and proof of insurance
• A strong sense of responsibility and a kind heart
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and keep excellent records
• Clear communication and relationship skills that build trust

• Drug screening
• No experience required. We provide training and mentor support.

• This role requires a dependable personal vehicle every day. If you do not have a car, a current license, and insurance, this role is not a match. If you prefer to coast, arrive late, or avoid responsibility, this will not be a fit. We honor teammates who take ownership and deliver for the people we serve.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of disability support experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver license and insurance
• Background check and personal or professional reference
• Drug screening
• A steady commitment to make a real difference
