Maintain organized, up-to-date client files to ensure smooth service and long-term support.

Collaborate with our office team to improve our outreach and client retention strategies.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.

Demonstrated success in sales or client-facing roles.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with the local Torrington market and community landscape.
