Location:

Torrington, CT

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday-Friday

Overtime:
Up to 10-hour days when needed (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) – flexibility is a MUST

Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour (may adjust for the right fit)

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and dependable CNC Machinists to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer in Torrington, CT. This facility specializes in servicing, repairing, and upgrading large industrial process rolls used in mills worldwide.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate large manual CNC machines
Perform troubleshooting, and inspections
Maintain safety and quality standards
Record production data accurately

Qualifications

Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Ability to work with large manual CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Flexibility for overtime when needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
