• Provide value‑based care in an ambulatory setting and involve in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management.
• Perform benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations.
• Oversee infusion follow‑up appointments and ongoing survivorship care.

• Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA) or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.
