Usual ratio is 1:4-6 on days and nights 1:6. This can be more or less depending on acuity, sick calls etc. 28 bed Med/Surg unit with 20 telemetry beds. Set up as 12 private rooms and 16 double rooms. Services for inpatient dialysis is integrated within the layout. This is a quick paced environment of variable acuity that implements an interdisciplinary team model to care for patients across a diverse population.

This unit is a case mix of patients with complex Med/Surg diagnoses and intermediate level stroke care services. A dynamic team effort centered in collaboration is implemented daily to provide best outcomes and quality care. 36 hours, every other weekend, every other holiday. Must have prior EPIC experience. Must have TELE/ACLS, CT license

BLS (AHA Only)
