About the Role

You will specialize in the revolutionary form of Life insurance called LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, which you don’t have to die to collect. We partner with over 25 industry‑leading carriers to offer a portfolio of products their clients can be proud of.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Use our unique platform to target qualified candidates, allowing you to focus on client interactions and eliminating time spent hunting leads.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products and tailoring them to address specific client concerns.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service, and conducting regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets; prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we’ll assist you if you’re not currently licensed).
Pay Range & Compensation Package

100% commission based plus incentives with no caps. Bonuses are performance based and paid every month on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale. The range is based on the average rep in current markets.
