F. Cole & Company, LLP, we are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple service areas including audit, tax, and consulting for nonprofit, governmental, and commercial clients. Location:

Torrington, WY (remote-friendly references or relocation details not included in the original job description; please adjust as needed).

• Assist with audits and prepare financial statements
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Contribute to various non-attest engagements
• Balance and prioritize multiple client projects

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or in final year of studies)
• On track to meet the 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA exam (partial progress is acceptable)
• Desire to work in public accounting and build both audit and tax skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Professionalism and strong client interaction skills
