Corporate Administrative Specialist-Corporate

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Process overhead expense bills and inventory invoices.
  • Verify sales and use-tax on overhead invoices.
  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Assist accounts payable check runs.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank statements.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with company policy.
  • Scan and file incoming / outgoing documents.
  • Answer phone calls and assist associates, clients, and vendors by providing information and taking messages.
  • Attend and participate in Bloedorns-sponsored training, when required.
  • Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks.

Starting wage: $22.00/hour (DOE)

Day Shift

Qualifications
  • Complete and pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screen.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting.
  • Be able to calculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.).
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work in fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
  • Have proficiency in accounting software.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Speak, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • Will work in an indoor office setting.
  • Will occasionally lift/move objects up to 20 pounds, stand, and walk.
  • Will regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
