We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide patient care at Goshen Healthcare Community in Torrington, WY
. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

• Supervise at least one PTA
  , offering guidance, support, and mentorship

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)

• A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

• Someone who is organized, self-directed
  , and thrives in a collaborative setting

• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
