. We are looking for a passionate and skilled full-time Field Service Technician to join our remote field team.

• Diagnose and repair various pieces of agricultural equipment, from tractors to combines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and clear explanations of the work performed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, utilize diagnostic tools, and keep detailed records of work.
• Follow safety regulations to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Operate a fully-equipped service vehicle to visit on-site jobs and meet customer needs, including after-hours on-call support when required.

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid driver s license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

• 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs

• Competitive pay ranging from $35 to $48 per hour
• A $2000 guaranteed signing bonus
