Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

Overview

Axcis Education are currently working closely to support a primary school in Totnes that require a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to support in Year 6 starting after February Half Term 2026. The school hours are 8.45-3.15 and the rate of pay for this position is £89-£100 a day, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Support in Year 6 within a Key Stage 2 setting as part of the school staffing team.

• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• Bubbly, friendly and approachable.
• Resilient and can cope under stressful circumstances.
• A good understanding of the KS2 national curriculum.
