- Requirement:
Maths tutoring experience, or strong Maths subject knowledge
Delivering 1:1 and small group Mathematics learning for students working below age-related expectations. Planning, delivering and assessing learning. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents.
Ideal Candidate- Competent with Mathematics subject knowledge
- Has experience tutoring or teaching Mathematics on a 1:1 and group basis, including SEND learners
- Demonstrates strong relationship building skills, particularly for students with SEND
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
- Supportive and approachable SLT
- A collaborative and welcoming staff team
- Opportunities to progress into leadership positions
- Opportunities for professional development
- Potential for a permanent contract following a successful placement
