  Maths tutoring experience, or strong Maths subject knowledge

Delivering 1:1 and small group Mathematics learning for students working below age-related expectations. Planning, delivering and assessing learning. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents.

• Competent with Mathematics subject knowledge
• Has experience tutoring or teaching Mathematics on a 1:1 and group basis, including SEND learners
• Demonstrates strong relationship building skills, particularly for students with SEND
• Passionate, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life

• Supportive and approachable SLT
• A collaborative and welcoming staff team
• Opportunities to progress into leadership positions
• Opportunities for professional development
• Potential for a permanent contract following a successful placement
