We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide 2:1 support for individuals within the TQ9 area.

This rewarding role involves supporting adults with a range of complex needs, including challenging behaviour, epilepsy, and autism. Every individual is different, so you'll be providing person-centred care tailored to each person's specific needs.

Shifts vary and may include:

• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• 12:00pm - 5:00pm
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm
• Sleep-in shifts will also be required

• Providing high-quality 2:1 care and support
• Supporting individuals with daily living activities
• Managing and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours
• Supporting individuals with epilepsy in line with care plans and training
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Completing accurate care documentation
• Working closely with the wider care team to ensure safe, person-centred support

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
• Care Certificate (essential) Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Medication, First Aid
• Up-to-date mandatory training
• Enhanced Adult DBS registered and in date
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, epilepsy and autism is desirable
• A caring, reliable and professional approach

• £12.71 per hour
