Our OfficeTotnes is an historic market town, and our office is situated on the Totnes Bridge with views overlooking the River Dart.
Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced property Legal Assistant to join our Totnes team.
This is a full time, in-person post. The ideal candidate will know the Conveyancing process from start to finish and will have experience in:
- dealing with new client instructions.
- dealing with estimates, client care, source of funds and onboarding
- issuing Contract Packs
- obtaining searches
- liaising with clients by phone and email. Exceptional personal skills are required
- dealing with post exchange work
- preparing completion statements
- dealing with completions and obtaining mortgage funds and sending funds
- dealing with post completion work
- dealing with registrations & SDLT returns
- working in a fast-paced environment
