A UK charity is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Board of Trustees as the Trustee Safeguarding Lead. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of safeguarding policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Responsibilities include monitoring safeguarding practices, liaising with external agencies, and providing support to the Board. This is a part-time role requiring attendance at five board meetings annually and involvement in additional sub-committees as necessary.
