The Sharpham Trust is seeking a skilled, creative marketer to lead marketing and communications, targeting and engaging audiences for retreats, mindfulness courses, events and arts. Part-time, permanent role (3–4 days/week) with a minimum of one day on site near Totnes.
You will manage CRM campaigns, report KPIs, coordinate with the Communications Officer, and oversee external partners. A degree plus at least three years in marketing or digital channels is expected, with GDPR experience.
