Frontline Verification & Fraud Prevention Officer
Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Verification Assurance Officer (Southern) based in Totnes. The role focuses on frontline fraud prevention, conducting evidence and verification interviews, and collaborating with Jobcentre colleagues to identify and tackle fraud from the outset.
As a VAO you will strengthen fraud controls, educate customers on responsibilities, and contribute to the Fraud, Error and Debt strategy. The role requires on-site work with travel between sites as needed.
