The Shipping Clerk at Corbion is responsible for executing essential warehouse administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operations.
This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

• Serve as a key user for the SAP/EWM system, ensuring accurate system utilization.
• Generate and issue Certificates of Analysis for all products shipped from Corbion.
• Schedule and coordinate incoming customer pickups, re‑supply orders, and deliveries.
• Foster strong relationships with Customer Service to support seamless operations.
• Address customer inquiries regarding Certificates of Analysis promptly and effectively.
• Process and allocate all shipments and print labels to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of truck inspections, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Verify that visitors and contractors have met all safety requirements before entry.
• Scan and archive all completed paperwork into SAP for accurate record‑keeping.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed, supporting administrative functions.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and team safety practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to partner effectively with various departments and operating companies (OPCOs) on a daily basis.
• Flexibility to perform job duties in multiple areas within the facility as needed.
• Knowledge of SAP andFedEx/UPS small package shipping processes preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.

The person in this position usually sits, stands, walks, kneels, bends and reaches above and below the shoulders. Corrected vision, speaking ability, and hearing are usually involved in performing written and verbal job junctions.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, location and business or organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $24.00.
