We are hiring provisionally licensed clinicians (LAC or LSW) to provide psychotherapy to adolescents (14+) and adults. This role is ideal for early-career therapists working toward LPC or LCSW who want strong supervision, a supportive team, and the ability to shape their caseload. Sessions may be in-person (NJ office) and/or via telehealth.

• Paid clinical supervision hours toward LPC/LCSW
• Flexible scheduling (telehealth + hybrid options)
• Administrative and billing support — you focus on clients
• Opportunities to build specialties (CBT, EMDR, couples, etc.)
• Team consultations and a clinician-first environment

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (14+)
• Participate in supervision and case consultation
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team

• Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active LAC or LSW license in New Jersey
• Supervision-eligible toward LPC/LCSW
• Telehealth readiness and reliable internet
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
