Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families. This position is ideal for early-career clinicians working toward their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and looking for clinical supervision, flexibility, and a supportive environment. Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our NJ office) and/or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (ages 14+)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Attend supervision and team consultation meetings
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential in New Jersey
• Eligible for clinical supervision toward LCSW
• Reliable internet and telehealth readiness
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
