Production Line Lead

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to join our dynamic team in Totowa, NJ. As a Production Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in manufacturing or management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
