Responsibility

Summary:

We are looking for hands‑on, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team as Line Setters / Mechanics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Set up and adjust filling, labeling, and packing equipment according to product specifications.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs during production runs.
• Assist with line changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate configuration.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is running smoothly and safely.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment‑related issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations.
• Document setup parameters and maintenance activities as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production or mechanical role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow setup instructions, diagrams, or SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent issues.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.

• Fast‑paced production environment with frequent equipment interaction.
• May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• PPE and hygiene compliance required at all times.

This is a full‑time contract position. The selected candidate may be employed directly by the company or through a third‑party staffing agency. Employment terms, including benefits and compensation, will be determined based on the hiring arrangement.
