Responsibilities- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation.
- Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift.
- Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.
- Minimum age 18.
- Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary.
