Position: Full-Time

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately despite time pressure, maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
• Proactively explore root cause of issues, forward‑thinking, ensuring customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded.
• Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance, help keep it clean, attractive and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Resourceful, self‑motivated, committed to continual learning and improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer‑service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.

Pay Range: $28.66 - $38.27 per hour.
