Responsibilities- Maintain a lab notebook.
- Make batches.
- Create ingredient qualitative and quantitative list.
- Check next‑day specification from the previous day batch.
- Follow up on ongoing stabilities.
- Communicate with raw material vendors.
- Attend in‑house vendor presentations.
- Enter formulation into the company formulator.
- Review results with supervisor.
- Analyze lab batch measuring physical parameters: viscosity, pH, and density.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (or Biology with chemistry and organic chemistry coursework).
- Well organized and highly detail‑oriented.
- Must work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds.
- Pay range: $55,000 – $58,000 per year
