** Job Description/Preferred Qualifications**
* ** Receiving & Inspecting**  + Unload trucks, containers, and pallets; verify quantities and inspect for damage against purchase orders  + Log and document incoming shipments in inventory systems.
* ** Material Movement & Storage**  + Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and cranes to move goods within the facility.  + Place items in designated storage locations and ensure proper stacking, bracing, and labeling.
* ** Order Picking & Shipping Prep**  + Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage items according to orders and shipping schedules.  + Prepare documentation such as bills of lading, work orders, and shipping labels.
* ** Inventory Management**  + Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits; track stock levels and report discrepancies.  + Coordinate with supervisors to maintain optimal inventory flow and prevent shortages.  +
** Equipment & Workplace Maintenance**    - Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; dispose of waste properly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED (often required).
* Forklift certification or eligible for in-house training.
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
* Optional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., from APICS, SOLE) can enhance candidacy.

This is a 2nd shift position, hours 4:00pm - 12:30am.

** Requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience

Base Pay Range: $16.93 - $28.75 Per Hour Primary
