Service Coordinator

If so, this Service Coordinator could be perfect for you. This Service Coordinator role is working for an engineering company in Totton . The role is Monday to Friday, standard office hours . The position is full time on site .

The Service Coordinator is paying up to £30,000 depending on experience . The Service Coordinator will manage the daily scheduling and support of a global team of service engineers, organising their travel, keeping customers updated and ensuring service work runs smoothly from start to finish. The role involves coordinating worldwide service jobs, arranging spare parts and tools, updating internal systems, processing service reports and supporting the broader service team with general admin.

Youll work closely with engineers, customers and internal departments, helping maintain accurate records, handling follow-up calls and taking part in a monthly on-call rota to assist with urgent out-of-hours requests. This position sits at the heart of a growing service operation and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, international environment. You will need:
