ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment, the UK's largest independent cleaning equipment provider, seeks a Customer Support Administrator in Totton. This permanent role (40 hours/week) is office-based, Monday–Friday, in our Sales Administration Team.
You will be the main contact for customer sales queries, manage orders from inception to dispatch, and support the sales team to meet delivery timelines with strong relationship-building across internal teams.
