Location: Eling
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for full-time Pastoral Support Workers to support students with additional needs in SEN schools across Fawley, Dibden, Totton and Romsey. You will help with emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, with small classes of up to 4 students per class.
The role involves 1:1 support, mentoring, and close collaboration with Teachers, LSAs and pastoral teams. Some experience in SEN or pastoral work is highly desirable, and strong communication and empathy are
