Location: Eling
New Wine Trust Limited in Totton, Hampshire, is seeking a Youth Lead to disciple and walk alongside 11–18s, building a ministry where young people encounter Jesus, find belonging and grow in faith. The role is part-time (3 days/week, 22.5 hours) on a permanent contract, with a full-time equivalent salary of £27,000 per year (pro-rated).
Working days include Tuesdays (evening) and Sundays, with potential to combine with our Pillar Lead role for a full-time 5-day position.
