The Role:
Are you a highly experienced & capable Vehicle Technician seeking a new job opportunity? Silcom Recruitment is currently working with a great long standing client, actively searching for a skilled Vehicle Technician to become part of their team, located on the outskirts of Totton, Southampton. This independent garage provides a great opportunity & strong salary! Our client is making vast changes to their business including upgrading the premises and opportunity for their workshop staff!
Responsibilities& Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Driving Licence (required).
- You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.
- Conduct diagnostic tests using the latest tools and technologies.
- Carry out routine servicing and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles (All makes & models).
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years experience in a workshop environment.
- Basic salary of £45,000 with great company benefits.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- No weekends.
