) | £13.00 per hour | Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm | 40 hours per week | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based at Sharpness Docks near Berkeley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physically active, hands-on work and wants to develop new skills within a supportive team environment.

Whether you have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, construction, groundwork or another practical role, we'd love to hear from you.

Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport.

Carrying out manual handling and lifting duties. Palletising finished products ready for dispatch.

Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site. Always following health and safety procedures. Requirements Enjoy practical, hands-on work. Experience in a physical working environment such as manufacturing, warehousing, construction, groundwork or production. Ability to work well as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pride in maintaining high safety standards.
