About the Role:
As a Customs Coordinator, you'll gain hands-on experience managing customs declarations across sea, air, and road freight. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure shipments are compliant, efficiently processed, and delivered on time. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced team while contributing to the smooth running of a fast-paced logistics business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing customs documentation for imports and exports
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
- Liaising with clients, carriers, and government authorities
- Supporting the operations team in daily logistics processes
- Continually developing your knowledge of customs processes and trade regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Genuine interest in international logistics and freight forwarding
- Attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Previous customs experience is a plus but not essential - we're happy to train motivated candidates
