A leading motor sport venue in Silverstone seeks a Karting Duty Manager to oversee operations and enhance customer experiences. This position involves daily management of staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in team leadership and operations management, preferably in leisure or motor sport sectors. Flexibility in working hours is required as operations run 364 days a year.
Competitive pay of £15.87 per hour is offered.
