Key Responsibilities Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Lead the adoption of self‑service analytics and the rollout of standardised audience, sales and marketing reporting across the organisation.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring timely access to clear, accurate and actionable insights.
  • Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support decision‑making, performance tracking and post‑campaign evaluation.
  • Analyse data to produce insights and recommendations aligned to commercial and strategic objectives, including fan behaviour, ticketing performance and revenue optimisation.
Audience Insight & Research
  • Develop and manage Silverstone’s “always‑on” audience research programme, including post‑visit surveys.
  • Project manage bespoke audience research initiatives, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the development and implementation of audience segmentation frameworks in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
Marketing & Customer Data Enablement
  • Support the Marketing teams with data selections for CRM, paid social and other marketing activity to enable personalisation and maximum engagement.
  • Support the growth of first‑party data through data acquisition.
Data Governance & Quality
  • Ensure all data usage complies with GDPR and relevant data protection legislation, escalating risks or breaches where required.
  • Establish and maintain robust data stewardship, access management, auditing and quality control processes to build organisational confidence in data integrity.
