A great opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to become part of a well-established and expanding architectural practice based in Towcester. This position offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial schemes within a collaborative and design-focused studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages
Assist with the development of designs, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable, and compliant with current regulations
Work closely with internal project teams to meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards
Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities when required
Carry out site surveys and attend site visits or inspections as necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, industry developments, and best practice

Key Requirements

Demonstrable experience working as an Architectural Technologist
Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Sound understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
