As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual and group learning.
• Build trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, or behavioural challenges.
• Use your psychology knowledge to understand behaviour and help implement strategies to support emotional regulation.
• Play a key role in creating a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment.

This role is particularly suited to psychology graduates looking to gain practical experience before pursuing careers in:
