Qualified SEND Teachers Needed
Location: Towcester and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work
Pay Rate: 150 – 225 per day depending on the role and experience
Are you a passionate and qualified SEND Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Towcester? We are working with a range of specialist schools, SEND provisions, and mainstream schools with dedicated SEN units across the region and looking for enthusiastic and experienced Qualified SEND Teachers to join our growing team.
The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- ADHD and other complex needs
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
We Are Looking For- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
- A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
